We are an online retailer, we do not have any brick and mortar shops in any province in South Africa.
2. What payment methods can I use?
We only accept upfront payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Snap Scan and Ozow Instant EFT. All transactions on kicksloft.com are secured and handled by Paystack.
3. Where is my order?
When your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email or SMS with the subject line: ‘Your order is ready to go!’ This email contains a tracking link. Click on this link and it will take you directly to our order tracking page.
4. How do I exchange an item or get a refund?

5. How do I return the product for a refund?
Yes, we do offer refunds within 6 days after receiving the product.

7. Are the shoe sizes on this store in UK, US, or EU sizing?
All shoe sizes listed on our store are in UK sizing. Please check the size chart if you need conversions to US or EU sizes.
8. Do I still get free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders valued at R2 500.00 or more for customers residing only within South Africa...
9. How much will I pay in VAT and duties?
VAT and duties is already included on all our products pricing, you only have to pay for shipping costs calculated at checkout.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Kicks Loft is an international online therefore we do offer worldwide shipping. The specific shipping costs for your country will be displayed to you upon checkout.
Any additional customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders.
11. How long does delivery take of my order?
Express delivery of 1 working days is limited to main centres only. Standard delivery of 2-3 working days, delivery to outlying areas may take an additional 2 days. International orders can take between 4−14 working days to be delivered.
